These terms apply when you use nadirsignal.com and join the Nadir waitlist. The website is provided by [Company Name AB], corporate identity number [xxxxxx-xxxx] (“we”). By using the website you accept these terms.
2. Pre-launch
Nadir has not launched and nothing is for sale. Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to anything. We cannot promise that Nadir will launch, when it will launch, or exactly what it will include. Separate terms will apply to the service itself.
3. Not financial advice
Everything on this website, including the example signal, is general information. It is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, and not an offer or invitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. It does not take your financial situation, goals or risk tolerance into account. You are responsible for your own investment decisions; consider getting independent advice.
4. No guarantee of results
Historical results – including backtests and paper trading – are no guarantee of future results. A strategy that has worked may stop working, and signals can be wrong. Trading stocks involves risk, and you can lose some or all of the money you invest.
5. Nadir does not place orders
Nadir sends signals only. It does not place orders or manage money on your behalf.
6. Using the website
Do not misuse the website: do not try to break or overload it, bypass its security, submit someone else’s email address to the waitlist, or collect content automatically at a volume that affects the service.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, design and imagery on this website belong to us. The scenes are rendered procedurally for Nadir. The Jost typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. Do not copy or republish our content without permission.
8. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by a Swedish court, without limiting any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring a case where you live.
